I have a property
but my mom passed away and brother is still a minor and my dad is working abroad i couldn't give my property as a guarantee for taking bank loan
But my bank gave loan with my uncle's property
And in the loan letter they have mentioned my uncle as my guardian
Is it ok ?.i saw some post mentioning third party loans are not accepted
Will this affect my visa ?
My dad payed my fees for whole program and this loan is for my living expense
