Request you all to advise me whether this process is right or not. I received below information from one of the Immigration consultant.

Procedure For Temporary Worker Visa


1. Advertise your CV with different Employer
2. Arranging Interviews (Selection Process (A) CV Short List
(B) Telephonic Interview
(C) Video Conferencing (Skype Interview)
After Selection you can get Offer Letter or employment contract.

4. After signing and agree the terms of offer letter, Employer will Apply for LMIA (LABOR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT )with ESDC (EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT CANADA)Department

5. After getting +ve LMIA employer will apply for Work Permit with CIC (CitizenshipImmigration Canada).

6. After getting work permit, file came to INDIA and we'll apply forWork Visa with Canadian Consulate.

7. Flight to Canada (We'll help you regarding post landing services)

ABOUT NEXT STEP: We already send you all the details regarding theCanada immigration Program. Now if you are willing to start the process then you have to send the following documents given below.

1. Academic Documents.
