temporary worker, show proof of funds

Hello,
Did anyone here that got the temporary work permit need to show proof of funds to the officer at the border or during application because I cant find any information on it.
Another question I dont see any requirement for ielts test for temp worker either, I just see education and work experience needed on your curriculam vitae/resume

AFAIK there is no need to show proof of funds if you have "arranged" employment. Also there is no requirement for language tests.
