Hi! I'm a temporary foreign worker working and living in Montreal. I arrived in October so it has been 4 months. I would like to apply for PR asap. Can someone please guide me which is a better option?
PEQ or CSQ?

Please note I read that PEQ requires 12months of work experience in Quebec + french intermediate spoken. Is that true? if yes I dont have both. :(

So is it better for me to apply for CSQ now or wait to learn french and work some more and apply for PEQ?

Which one of the two works quicker?

Really appreciate some advice for a newbie!!!

If you have sufficient points, then go ahead and apply under MON project. Since you are already in Quebec you can apply after 18th Feb and would be exempted from 2800 applicants quota.

If you do not have sufficient points, then apply under PEQ once you finish 12 months + French proficiency requirements.

at first, application under PEQ is also leading to a C-S-Q!!! You should not ask peq OR csq? should be PEQ or regular QSW!
Obviously you are not eligible under PEQ: at least 1 year work + french B2.
You can either wait until you fulfil the 2 requirements for PEQ (and are you sure you can get B2 then?), or submit your application under regular QSW. I applied under regular QSW although I have already worked in Montreal for more than 1 year because I CANNOT get French!

By the way, to be exempted from 2800 applicants quota, that means applying as a temporary worker in Quebec, you also need to work for at least 12 months before submitting your application. Otherwise, you will have to follow the rules for the intake periods and quota.

"Temporary foreign worker
The regular program applies to you if you were legally admitted to Québec as a temporary worker for one or more consecutive periods totalling at least one year."

Hello

What about to Graduates? I might not get French B2, however will be having Masters degree. Will it make me exempt from quota?

I also submitted my application for mon projet in October 2016 even I only worked in montreal for 3 months, do u know whether I should withdraw my application? I kinda worry that I am not authorized to apply and I should not do it .Otherwise, I kinda misrepresented. Is that correct?
