temporary work visa/permit

Can anyone tell me how long it would take to get a temporary work visa/permit after I have a job offer and after HRSDC has it approved?
Does it take long for HRSDC to approve it?

I applied for a work permit at the Buffalo consulate and it took me more than a month to get it. I had enslosed the HRSDC confirmation along with my initial application.

Well i applied for temp/work permit here in London and it took 9 days. I didnt even have a jof offer.

Hi everyone. I am New In this forum. Recently I have received a Canadian Visa for temporary work permit through my agent . But I am bit confused about it. I am given details of my visa below,

Visa Category - V1 Employment
Issued at- Dhaka
No of Entries -1
Validity - 2 years

Please some one tell me that is it a genuine or fraud. Or how I can verify this.

Did ur agent give lmo? Normally temp work permit are valid for two years with multiple entry. But u have to check with embassy

Sounds like a scam. It's illegal to charge money for LMOs. I would be very concerned that this job offer is fake.

If everything is correct then one thing is wrong and that is place of issue. Cozz for BD visa will be issued from Singapore not from Dhaka. So it will be written as Singapore. AND V-1 MEANS IT'S A VISITOR VISA NOT AN EMPLOYMENT VISA. THE WORK PERMIT VISA WILL BE W-1. So i'm 100% sure that it's fake.
