Temporary work visa for athletic coach

Hello,

I've been invited to coach a few roller derby teams in Canada and I am wondering if I can apply for a temp work visa at the border when I arrive or if I need to apply ahead of time. I am also unsure if I need a temp work visa or if I do not need one.

They are non profit amateur sports teams and I have a specialized skill. I will be coaching for 10-15 hours at most per trip. Various teams around Canada have asked me to coach them, and I would like to take multiple coaching trips a year.

Any information would be helpful.
