u need to find a job..lolz.. anyways,,some employers need workers immediately some others post for couple or more months ahead b4 they will need d worker.... www.jobbank.gc.ca also try www.regionalhelpwanted.com ..be sure to ask f they will provide or willing to provide LMO..that way ull know f they will need u or not...
