i have a simple question. When applying for Temporary Work Permit do they keep your passport during the whole duration of the application? Seems illogical given the long processing time and not having your passport for the whole time.
Yes, they do keep your passport for the whole time. If it's paper based application they'd collect your passport at VFS . For online application you'll be asked to submit your passport.
