Hello Everyone,
I just got my SINP nomination(My spouse is also included in the nomination) under student category.
I am in Post grad work permit now and my job is in NOC category 2171.
I saw in SINP website there is a option for temporary work permit for the nominee.
My wife is in my country(outside canada)
1. Is it possible that she can apply for work permit as the processing time is more that 15 months for PR? (does not have any job offer)
2. Is there any rejection history of SINP holder(if there is no medical or criminal record)
3. How is the success rate for this type of work permit?
4. I heard CIC does not want to process two files at the same time so if i apply for PR in federal and also she apply for work permit will this be a problem?
5. I know she can apply for SOWP as my job is under NOC 0,A,B. So which option will be better for me(SOWP or Temporary Work permit as a Provincial nominee)?(Assume that i have applied for federal PR)
Regards,
