Temporary Visitor Visa Stamping - Unanswered questions

I am in Canada on a work permit, My Spouse is on a Visitor record. We both got our Work permit and visitor record extended for another year.

What is the process to Extended our Temporary Visitor Visa & stamping. I have the following question

1.can we apply from Canada to Temporary Visitor Visa
2. will i be able to apply for my Spouse as she is in visitor record.

Have anyone done this before. If so please share your experience.
