One can apply for immigrant visa even after the refusal of visitor visa.geebobo said:If an applicant is refused temporary/visitor visa application does
that prevent her spouse from applying for immigrant visa if he's
qualified? I will appreciate your responses.
Thanks
If you are refused with a clause(reasons),then you MAY need to wait for the two years to lapsed before applying for PR.This just my opinion and it will be interesting to know the reason for refusal as may guide the forum member to advice you further .geebobo said:Thanks for your response. But what if the refusal came with
a clause that she can not apply for visitor visa for two year?
I appreciate your responses.
cheers!
If the visitor visa was refused and a two year ban given (for something like misrepresentation) - then this person cannot visit OR immigrate to Canada until the two year ban has been completed.geebobo said:Thanks for your response. But what if the refusal came with
