My cousin and his wife got Canadian PR in 2022. They came and lived here for 6 months and the life in Canada wasn’t for them.
They went back and had a child. This year they want to travel to Canada with the child for a few weeks. Both have roots in their home country. I’m assuming their PR will be valid to travel but how should they apply for the child?
Should they apply for a temporary visit visa? Then what documents should be attached for making sure the infant gets the visa. The infant will be 1 yr old in May.

Or will they have to apply for PR for the child?

Visitor visa the only choice. There's no magic way to file so that the child is guaranteed a visa. Just apply and tell the truth.
