Hi ,
I have an question about temporary policy for people who are affected by trump ban , I have US visa and I want to go to US February 3, but I am not able now , am I include this policy and can I apply for canada temporary visa , my parent are now in Us

I am currently in Iran and I am from Iran ,
I have any visa in canada but I have Education visa for US

You can't come to Canada even though you have the education visa for the US. you need to to apply for the proper documents (VISA/STUDY PERMIT/WORK PERMIT) that would allow you to enter Canada. You do not fall under Justin Trudeau's new Policy - you need to be currently present in Canada to be qualified for the temporary stay. Even if you want to transit through Canada, you will need a transit visa.
