Thank you everyone for your input. We are going to try to apply again this year for my cousin and her son. The circumstances have changed for them and we're hoping that these changes will provide an approval for them. All your inputs are very helpful and we have applied them such as:
1) travelling to another Asian country for leisure / tourism purpose - they went to Hongkong last year.
2) they have a property now
3) they have more funds in the bank
Hopefully these will help them. Praying and keeping my fingers crossed.
