Hi Aravi,

You need an offer of employment from your employeer to obtain an LMO, your employer also has to be happy to help you do this. The current waiting time is 14 Weeks min. You need to ask your employer if they are happy to help you get an LMO as ONLY the employer is able to do this. They are also the only ones that can contact HRSDC for information, even tho it is your application you cannot find out any information.

Generally for an LMO to be approved you need to be a skilled worker with a shortage of those positions but there are some cases that are otherwise approved...

We applied for an LMO two days ago and they currently have 7000 applications so the sooner you apply the better. Good luck!

hello po..confuse po ako ngyn di makatulog..ng submit ako for open work permit and PR last feb 28 and march 3 nla natanggap dahil my tracking number ako frm post office..ngayn ang prblema ko e ng quit ako as a live in caregiver ngayong gabi lang kasi di na kami magkasundo tlaga at di n masaya both parties...maapektuhan ba ang application ko?...
