I have a question regarding the visit visa for my parents and I am hoping folks from this forum can help me. I am currently a Canadian PR. I just moved to Canada a month ago ( although I have had Canadian PR for the last 3.5 years). I am looking for a job right now. I would like to invite my parents to come visit me in Toronto. They currently live in Delhi.
Can someone please guide me what will be the fastest and safest way for me to sponsor them for Tourist Visa ? They will simply be visiting me. Since I am not working at present - can I sponsor them ? Or can i have a hotel sponsor them ? Also how long will it take to get the tourist visa ?
Any help on this matter will be truly appreciated. If you know any attorneys in the Toronto area that can help me - please let me know.
