Hello, I know that upon landing, you can still use our local drivers license, up to 90days. Now i have two (2) questions

1. where am i going to submit the requirements ?
2. what are the requirements that needs to be submitted so that i can drive in Winnipeg? is the laminated card and the Original Receipt be acceptable as a proof ?

thank you for those who will make a response.

:)

1. Start your reading here: http://mpi.mb.ca/en/DL/DL/Pages/New-to-Manitoba.aspx
2. You are going to have pass the knowledge test and the road test
3. You are going to need proof of the numbers of years that you have held a DL in your home country, also you should get a letter from your insurance company about any number of at fault accidents.
