Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) in worker visa rejection reason is unacceptable.

Hello,

I had applied for Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) in worker category. I got rejection for the same by VFS New Delhi.

I have got a offer letter from “Truemech Engineering Corporation” through a recruiter “Fancizer Group Corporation INC”.

The reason for which they have rejected my Visa is unacceptable for me. The reason that they have given are as below.

you have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay.
In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including :

1. Your Family Ties in Canada and in your Country of Residence.
2. I am not satisfied that you have sufficient fund. Including Income or Assets, to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada or to maintain yourself while in Canada and to effect your departure.


For a clarification I have passport of all my family members to prove that none of my family members have visited Canada in their entire life time.
My bank balance showed was Rs. 6, 97,035 (Rupees Six Lacs Ninety Seven Thousand and Thirty Five) / $CAD 12709 and The Valuation of property is of Rs. 81, 40,000 Approx (Rupees Eighty one Lac Fourty Thousand) / $CAD 148425.

Please give me a good suggestion for what can i do in this situation.

But its devastating, very bad. R u sure about submitted all the financial evaluations, bank statements etc along with your appli. Property on your name???

All about luck, people who have nothing got visas in India. This is luck bro.

Reapply with changes in documents. take guidance from any agency. God bless. Try again.

When you say : I have got a offer letter from “Truemech Engineering Corporation” through a recruiter “Fancizer Group Corporation INC”.

Was LMO included along with Offer Letter? If LMO not included, the Officer could have mentioned that needed active LMO to support your application. Seems something went wrong with your financial documents. Have you sent a notary document of your property from a registered Lawyer?
