GCMS notes.. whats that mean, you mean a request for real reason of refusal.. ATIP?
Yes, ATIP although I don't think you actually require these case notes.

You will get the complete facts for your TFW refusal. Hopefully, all your doubts would be cleared and your agent won't give you incorrect advice

My advice:
Unfortunately, I think your agent is putting you through unnecessary stress besides giving you incorrect advice.

This forum is a wonderful source of information. Also, forum members are happy to share their experiences/knowledge about various visa processes. I'm sure you will be able to put together your application on your own

Yes, he can
Hi bryanna,
My question is, ? Do you think changes to some of information that i declared before will cause a serious matter? I mean do it have to be exactly the same as the previous application, the agency put some wrong information about my working history. Do the changes will be noticeable?
Thanks

Your details must be consistent for any visa application.

If for example, the tenure of your employment in your TFW application was different from your employment certificate and/or cannot be matched to your tax returns/bank statement then this will be considered as misrepresentation or falsifying information. It's the same for salary or job titles.

Yes, changes will be noticed after all visa office staff do go through an application in-depth before issuing visas.

I strongly recommend you inform IRCC of any incorrect/false information in your TFW application BEFORE IRCC notices these variations. Use a CSE + email for this.... and keep records that you have informed them when you apply for another visa. Do not risk a 5 years ban for misrepresentation

IMO, it's better to be safe than sorry

If you look at the application form, there's a box for details on refusals. Just say something simple like "Rejected TRV application in 2016 due to XXXXX". No need to put a document because they have your old file. But it is a must to declare it.
