Temporary Resident Visa from within Canada

Anyone who is on a valid work permit in Canada recently applied for Temporary Resident Visa from within Canada? I applied from within Canada and received TRV stamped on passport. But the visa type is printed as V-1 Visitor and not as W-1 Worker as it was when I entered Canada. Anyone in the same boat? Can I travel to India and return to Canada with a valid work permit and this valid TRV V-1 visitor visa?

If you have a PGWP IRCC has started giving out TRZs with V-1. You won’t have an issue reentering.

I don’t have PGWP but I have closed work permit and currently working with an employer in Canada. Would that be ok?
