Hi forum members. Please what would you recommend in this scenario?
AIM: She wants to apply for TRV for a two weeks visit to Canada.
FACTS
- Her spouse is a PR (landed).
- They both live outside Canada (not home country).
- Her spouse is fully employed, she is not.
- Her spouse will be the sponsor of the visit to Canada.
- Her spouse has a sibling who is a PR living in Canada for about six months now.
WHAT TO DO
1. Should she indicate that she is visiting Canada with her spouse or alone? Which is the better option?
2. Should her spouse invite her to Canada? If so, what documents should be submitted for a strong application?
3. Should her spouse's sibling invite her to Canada? If so, what documents should be submitted for a strong application?
Thanks all...
