When applying through new IRCC portal, do we need two invitation letters and covering letters when we submit application for parents( father and mother)?

Thanks

Do we need a separate justification letter to address previous refusals or is it suffcient if we add the same in covering letter or statement of purpose

One invitation, and one justifying refusals. What were reasons for refusal?
Hey, sorry
I dint understand fully.

So we have an invitation letter from us for parents
They have a covering letter explaining their details and purpose of visit. Also addressing refusals.

The refusal reason was strong family ties. So this time we stated about reasons to go back and we have immediately family , job etc to take care of.

Do we need another jsutification letter just to justify the refusal reason?

Just a covering letter explaining reasons for refusal. However, you would be including job letters with approved leave. Who is immediate family for your parents? Do they have dependants?

So my fathers mother is aged and is staying with them. We did not mention this specifically in the first application. This time we added this as a strong family tie back to home country. But me and my sister are here in Canada and thats why they refused the first application stating strong ties in. Canada. We are also notarizing the covering letter. We are attaching their fds, bank statements, land and property, business docs, pension payments and so on. Travel tickets round trip.
Could you advise if we need anything else.

Just because your grandmother lives with your parents doesn't mean it is a tie. You need to include doctor's notes or any documentation that shows she requires 24/7 care. Also include notes of who will care for her when they are gone. Notarized documents don't really give the letters any more merit. Need to show that they will return for financial reasons - job letters. If own their own business, client letters. Never buy tickets. How long are they planning to stay?

We are just mentioning 2 weeks. We added our grandmother will be staying with a relative in the letter. Could you please tell me why do you say never buy tickets? My father runs an electronic repair shop. We do not have any client letters. We have an affidavit from a notary for the business.

IRCC states on its website not to buy tickets until visa is approved. A ticket doesn‘t improve chances. Assume you have fully refundable ticket.

Many are denied so IRCC doesn’t want people to buy tickets and then lose a lot of money. Many flights aren’t refundable these days. It is important that you show that your parents have yo return to take care of your grandmother and the other relative can’t take care of her after 2 weeks and that your father needs to return to his shop. If he rents his shop proof of his shop lease would be considered proof that he will need to return home. Unless specified save your money and don’t pay a notary. It doesn’t add any value for IRCC.

Hi,
My parents are applying for visitor visa (not super) via an agency in India. The agent said they have to fill a family form IMM5645(I see this requirement on IRCC ss its fine) and provide parents' sibling details.
But, in addition to this the agent said that they also have to provide copies of my parents' siblings aadhar card. I don't see anywhere where IRCC requires copies of ID proof of applicants brother/sister.
None of my parents' siblings are applying to visit Canada either, they are Indian citizens and one is a US citizen (the agent has asked for his US id proof)... has anyone else actually submitted their parents' siblings aadhar card/id proof along with their parents visa application? I'm just worried about identity theft or some scam by the agent at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

That is not required as per my understanding. I am doing this myself and in the new portal they dont even ask for parents siblings details
