I reapplied for my parents' visitor visa on 28th april from VFS chandigarh office. As of today, no status updates . If anyone of you applied and received the visa , please let me know the processing time it took for your application.

My Parents applied online for a TRV on April 8th,2016 and received their passport request today i.e 17th May,2016.

Got visa on 6 May.

i think you should be getting reply in this week as it is already a month when you applied . please do post whenever you get it.

You don't need to. Your Father can be the primary applicant and your mother can also add her application through the same GCkey.

Did you apply online? almost 2 months!!!

yes.. I applied myself on their behalf. I applied online, created GCkey using their information.
