Temporary residence visa

Hey, I am in big Trouble .I along with my wife and son applied for Canadian temporary resistance visa for a marriage of my nephew in Canada .
I submitted my file on 11th of July at a vfs office in Chandigarh,Punjab,India.
And on 26th July,I received an Email of Visitor acknowledgement letter and then on 24th of August , I again got an email regarding the refusal my and my son's visa. After that I received nothing and it's now 2 months and I really need my passports back . What can I do ? Whom to contact ??

Did you opt for the processed passports to be collected in-person from VFS? Or did you pay for them to be couriered to your residence?

We paid for them to be delivered to our residence . Actually, the passports will be delivered to a blue dart office in my city.We visited the office on 1st Sept and they told us that we will first received a message from Delhi about the withdrawal of passports and then they (blue dart's employees) will call us to collect the passports but we received neither of them till now. I need my passports back urgently.What to do ??

VFS is right.

You can send an email marked as 'Urgent' to your local visa office. Do keep in mind any local holidays both for VFS and the visa office
