Temporary Residence - Online Visitor Visa Application Outside Canada

Hi All,

I'm wondering if you could help me and put me into the right direction as I'm trying to submit
visitor visa application for my mother from outside Canada and to kick start the process i have gained the
IRCC portal access by signing up GCkey. But my issue is after login I'm unable to find the link to start a
new visitor visa application. I have through all checks that whether she need Canadian visa based on her passport but once all checked system take me to Apply Online>> Sign in to the GCKEY>> IRCC Home Page>> Can't find any link to start new application?

Please assist to navigate if I'm on the incorrect page or missing any link?

You're not actually signing in. This is a common bug in the website. Try a different browser (Firefox/Chrome) and try clearing cookies or opening the page in Private Mode.

Once you sign in, it will be very obvious.
