Temporary policy -medical exemption- anyone hear from IRCC?

I am eligible for medical exemption( Done in 2017 and 2019).
Sent webform along with the copy of medical a month ago and 2 weeks ago.
Still not hearing anything back from IRCC & no update on Ecas and GC account.

MR received on Aug 11th, and I booked from New medical exam next week On my 30th day from MR.

Should I get it done or should I wait to hear from them.

I dont mind doing it again and paying for it, but I don't want them to be receiving several medical and delaying the processing.

What are your thoughts?
