Can anyone please tell me the method to apply for temporary passport for the infant born outside canada.i am a Canadian citizen. Could u please tell me specifically the website which has all the information and form to apply for temporary passport. I am currently living in dubai. So my visa office is in abudhabi . Also could u pllease tell me the procedure to apply for citizenship certificate for the infant born outside canada. Please give me the website and all form info .

Can anyone please tell me how much time doses it take to get temporary passport and citizenship certificate. And what are required documents. What is the fee . Thank you

For us the passport took one month to issue. We applied for the Citizen certificate at the same time, they told us it would take from 6- 8 months, but i showed them my return ticket to Canada and it was issues sooner. I believe around 5 months. i was leaving in September.

just make sure you have a translated copy of the babies birth certificate if it is not in English.

Basically u got the temporary passport in a month , what were the required documents for that . And did u show ur ticket to get ur citizenship certificate earlier ? .....thanks again for ur help
