Temporary job offer for Canada

Hello all!!Kindly asking for your opinions on how to manage my opportunity to be successful in immigrating to Canada.
I am working currently for a company which has an open TEMPORY position in the office in Canada and they are willing to support. The office in Canada says it may become a permanent position.
How can I handle this so I can bring my family over as well?
Should I go on a 1 year contract for example and apply while in CA with the benefit of experience in Canada?Can my family come on visit(my country has a visa on arrival) and I can include them in my application?
Please help!!!Tomorrow I will have a discussion with Canada office and I need to know what to talk with them, what are the options..Thank you so much in advance for the advices!!

You haven't said where you are from so different to answer some of your questions. I am going to assume you are from a non-visa exempt country.

There are effectively two possible paths for you to obtain a work permit for Canada. If the job you have with this company now is either a senior executive role or you have very specialized knowledge, and you have been working with the company for at least one full year, then your company can explore bringing you to Canada on an ICT work permit (intra company transfer). Your company will need to research what it takes to apply through this stream.

If you don't qualify for an ICT, then your company will need to obtain an approved LMIA before you will be able to apply for a closed work permit. The LMIA process takes around 4-6 months to complete. Once again, your company will need to do extensive research to understand the requirements and how to apply.

Assuming your job is NOC A, B or 0 skill level, your spouse can apply for an open work permit or a TRV (tourist visa) to accompany you to Canada. Your children (assuming they are under 22) can apply for TRVs as well. There is no guarantee these visas will be approved and they will be able to accompany you to Canada.

I am from a visa exempt country --Romania
I am under NOC 0 as my UAE Visa is for administration manager.
1.Then, I should qualify for ITC with 2 weeks processing time..did some research on what you suggested.
2.ICT means obtaining an employer specific work permit, I guess?
3.Does this mean that my children and spouse can come and stay with me legally in Canada untill I apply for PR under Canada experience class, probably afterwards?
4.Will my spouse be able to work, get a work permit?Can my children attend school?

An administration manager will not qualify for an ICT. It needs to be a senior executive role - this role is too junior. Your company will need to obtain an approved LMIA, then you will need to apply for a closed work permit.

Yes - your family will be able to come with you. Your wife will qualify for an open work permit and your children will be able to attend school.

I thought that having the visa for Manager position is helpful.
In your first reply you mentioned specialized knowledge. I am specialized and work in SAP and the key user for company's CRM.
Would this help for ICT?How can the company
prove/document the expertize if the UAE visa is for administration manager?

Again, the role needs to be an executive role. A manager role isn't sufficient.

It can be quite difficult to prove specialized knowledge but your company can certainly try. You or your company will need to research what it takes to apply through the ICT program or hire a lawyer to assist you.
