Since Canada Temporary foreign worker policy changed, the application number is down by 75% in 2014 comparing with 2012

I guess, the canada government start to chase out the foreign worker now .

It's much harder to get LMO(LMIA) now. Employers are more unwilling to hire foreign workers because of that.
