Hello
My wife's six months is up and we haven't applied for extension. Should she apply for implied status (extension) ? We are also working on her sponsorship. What should she do leave and come back or just apply online anyway?

If your wife's visitor status is already expired then you have to apply for restoration of status and then an extension. Did you already sent in your sponsorship application and paid the fees? If you already have, then it'll provide solid reason for her to stay with you if you apply for restoration. I wouldn't recommend her leaving and coming back since there's a possibility that they might not let her back in.
