Hi guys, I recently just moved to a new place and got my AOR back in May. Should I contact cic to inform them of my change of address or just change my address through their online services?

Which method did you use to try to link your OWP? Anyways, just wait a bit more. I tried linking a week after I got my AOR and it didn't work so I tried again after 3 weeks and it worked.

You get the application number AFTER you send in your application. When your application gets approved and they start processing it, they'll email you your application number. When filling out the forms, you leave it blank since you don't know it yet.
