Temp agency work

I recently received my ITA for express entry and have some doubts regarding my reference letters for work.

I worked at universities through their internal temp agency and I am a little confused about reference letters. Are letters from the university HR enough or do I also have to get individual letters from each manager? I have worked in various departments with different pay for each assignment? I also haven't claimed all the assignments on my express entry profile so my T4 will show more income...is that okay?

What is the best way to proceed? Please advice

No I am not. I know if I am not claiming points then I just have to explain it in my personal history but it is all going to show up under one employer on my T4 which I am afraid will raise red flags.

Ink that case it doesn't matter what you upload as the officer won't look at it
