I need help with the following.

1. I worked in US on H1B visa. Which travel document should I use for US (i94/I797/Visa Copy)?
2. I came to Canada on Work Permit and then got PR. Should I upload Work Permit and PR card copies also under this section?

You mention only passport here. You can use the question above this to mention about your visa.

Thanks for your response. I have mentioned that I had worker status in US in the previous section (History of immigration and citizenship status) but it doesn't have any document upload option. So it looks like I have to upload my passport and any other relevant travel documents under the section (Tell us if you have held passports or travel documents during your five (5) year). Is my understanding correct?

Also do I need to provide Canadian Work Permit & PR card under this section?

You just have to provide the information not prove it by uploading documents.
