Hi I have a question my file is submitted on November 2017 and is now in LVO since March 2018 I haven't get any reply from there I just want to ask how much time is required here?

Months yet (think several - like maybe Sept / Oct)

The average time for complete processing of an application is 12 months, as indicated by the CIC. It's only been 8 months since you applied, so you still have some time to wait. If you have not heard anything back by November, then it would be appropriate to contact them. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can order your GCMS notes in order to see if there are any notations that indicate problems.

Are they giving visa in 12 month ? Have you heard it , is my case too complete in 12 months ?

It is an average. Some take more time, some take less. There is no way to know when your case will be completed. Like I said previously, if after 12 months you have not heard back, you may contact for clarification, or you can order your GCMS notes at any time.

I want to know that when embassy start counting 12 months process time after email of submission of file or after medical ?

The 12 months starts when you receive the AOR1 (acknowledgement of Reciept for the sponsors application).
