Telecom/Network Engineer

HI guys,
Thanks in advance for reading my post.
I am getting 314 points.I am married and dont want to add points from my wife.Beacuse he is very busy to do ECA and IELTS.
My question is,
For a telecom/Network engineer, is it easy to get a job offer? as I am living outside CANADA and I have 4years work experience outside CANADA.IELTS score 6 each band and ECA is done.
What will be the scenerio for me if I apply for EE?
Will it be a good decision to apply for EE?
Is there any possibility to get PNP?
