TEF speaking

I sent a link for our AF and they do offer speaking and writing separately. You keep repeating that's unacceptable because CCI-Paris thinks it's unacceptable. If they do, why does AF offer it? IRCC doesn't order, they just decide. For example, they don't accept TOEFL or other tests, that's it.

The last word stays with IRCC; authorization, agreement .. whatever you call it.

Hello! Have you tried? I am also having the same situation, I got The score I need in 3 out of 4 skills but the written is a little low so I am planing to take that just one test. As @Peacekeeper87 says you only have one field to upload results in your PR application but what I am thinking to do is just put the new result as if it is part of the 1st 4 modules test and attach an explanatory letter.

IRCC only cares about your language skills not the date/time/order you take a test as long as take it
