Teaching experience counts

Hi we want to apply pr express entry visa.
My spous done her ms in bio-chemistry in india in 2005 andafter that she worked as a lty in college for 3 years and 4 years as teacher in secondary education without bachelor of education
My question is , Is it still her teaching experience counts or not.
Plz help me

Well yes, but if she is the dependent then all her foreign work experience is irrelevant.

No she is principle applicant. Is it still her experience counts?
