TDSB Elementary School Enrollment

Hi everyone. I am a Study Permit holder. My programe is full time certificate at York University which have 312 total hours. TDSB sent a mail to me that i should need at least 600 in class hours for a certificate programe for my child school enrollment. Does anyone live this situation before? I am also planning to make 1+1. I will have more than 600 in class hours but the problem is i cant make an application for the next certificate programe yet.

Are you taking a degree course or is this more like an evening course? Has your child been granted a study permit or TRV?

Hi thanks for the response. My program is post graduate certificate program and full time. Not an evening course. My child has a visitor record.

That must mean close to 13 hours per week. Is that correct?

Thank is usually not considered full-time hours which is why you are running into problems. Has been a while but believe it was over 15 hours a week minimum to be considered full-time. Very strange that they are available to offer a full-time course to international students with minimal hours.
