TD visa for USA while spouse visa application for Canada is in process.

My wife is a Canadian citizen and has a job offer in USA and I am here in India. she can get TN visa easily. Our Canada spouse visa application is in process we just received AOR2 and its long way to go as our visa office in Delhi-India processing time is 16 months.

so our plan is to go to USA and be together my query is will it affect my Canada spouse visa any way. I do not want to apply canada TRV because i have heard the rejection rate is high.

Since she is a Canadian citizen, she can apply to sponsor you while she is living outside Canada. However, the visa office will then want proof she will return to live in Canada when you get your PR visa. If they think that she will stay in the USA and work, then they will reject your visa and tell you to apply again later when she is ready to return to Canada.
If her US visa and US job have a specific end date, this will help convince CIC she plans to return to Canada.
