Can TCFQ also be used for express entry?

TCFQ is directed towards Quebec immigration.

TCF has three compulsory sections, whereas TCFQ has two compulsory sections

Can TCFQ also be used for express entry?

For Express Entry, you would either take TEF for Canada, or TCF for Canada
