To apply for citizenship, one is required to have filed taxes for 3 years. 2 of my 3 years taxes were filed when I was a Permanent Resident, but first year taxes I was still a Temporary Resident (Visitor Visa). Is that acceptable or not? Thanks

I think you would still need to file taxes for that 3rd year. If you didn't work nor have any income that year, all you need to do is file for nothing.

Yea, I have filed for that year. Thats my question, is it enought to apply for citizenship or should i wait for another tax year?

SIN data is merged when you become a PR. So its valid and you need not wait for applying for citizenship.
