Taxes Payment - Tourist Visa Application

Hi,

I am a Permanent Resident of Canada since 2 years. I have filed for taxes but have not paid the amount mentioned in my Notice Of Assessment by CRA.

Will it have an effect if I apply for my brother's Tourist Visa ? I have attached the NOA with his visa application documents.
