Taxes for 2020, 2021 and 2022

Hi everyone,

I landed in Canada on Feb 2020, obtained my PR and SIN, stayed for 12 days and then left.
I got married and then my wife got her PR in December 2022 and we moved here permanently to settle down.

I was working during that time in another country and so did my wife, but we have never worked in Canada before.

My question is, do I need to file taxes for 2020 and 2021? (Applies only to me since my wife was not PR till December 2022)

Also, do we need to file taxes for 2022 considering we settled permanently in December 2022.
