Hi Maple

You will need to show them a document from an independant party - not something that you could have created with the help of a computer. e.g. a payslip can be created.

So if the Tax Department of your country can give you a certificate to say how much tax you have paid over 3 years then that could perhaps be sufficent evidence.

Thanks for the advice. I finished my study in 2007, so I am not eligible to apply for the post graduate permit. my master program was done in Canada, I had till spring 2009 to finish it but I finished it earlier (in 1 year)!!, so I guess I am unable to apply under the post graduate work permit in this case as I was supposed to apply for it 90 days right after graduation (which unfortunately I did not know at that time).
I hope all goes well with this application under the fsw, I have already waited enough time and I hope I am not to be turned down.

Best of luck to your application too.

By the way Maple, as far as i remeber from your earlier posts, you have done your master degree in canada ! if yes, then you will be eligibile for the Post graduation work permit for 3 years, why didn't you apply for it ?

Another thing, if your application for the FSW got refused (hope not) because of that reason, work for one year under the PG work permit and apply under the CEC category, so they will not ask you for any experience documents from your country and no points system and no headache, furthermore, it is faster than FSW, i see on trackitt, 3,4,5 months to finalize the CEC category.

That is what am going to do if my application for the FSW got refused after i finish my study and get my PG work permit.

The document I got was from the tax department of my country, it mentions all the law articles regarding the tax in my country and it also clearly states what jobs the tax is imposed on (among which my job is), I can not make the department make me a personal letter stating that I paid the tax for those three yrs. I suppose the tax dept is an independent party in this case, isn't it?

Today I received a response on my email saying that the information I sent to them will be placed on my file, I hope this is a good sign that they accepted my documents that show the tax cuts in my salary.
