Tax issue- please advice

Pl advise, my frind PR lawyer during processing PR renewal use his address and now not in contact . He dont know his tax status and approached other lawyer but new lawyer is telling to return all money back to tax department. Pl advise should he contact to tax department

I agree, your question is not clear, however it seems to me you need the advice of an accountant. Lawyers are for legal stuff. Accountants for tax stuff.
