What's the exact material to prove that 'Have declared our common-law union under the Canadian Income Tax Act ' ?

My partner (Sponsor) and I have been living together for the past 3 years and filed tax as common-law. I found there's no spouse's name in option C. Should I submit all option C both under our names for the past 3 years or some material else?

Option C is part of some of the documents you should include... List of what you may include:
1- Bills show your address
2- Bank statements
3- Insurance policies
4- Rent agreement
5-Common law statuary
6- Letters from friends stating that know you have been together
7- Photos

On your tax assessments it should show common law as status . You could include this also .

Yes, the Option C is the least of your worries, as it doesn't really prove cohabitation. You should focus on items 1 - 4 as numbered above.

Thank you all for your input. I'll include as much proof as I can in my application.

My question is should I request all my partner's and my option C for the past 3 years from CRA or just last year sponsor's option C is ok?

We included the last Option C of my sponsor, our last two Notice of Assessment sheets, the last two T4 slips and a printout from our CRA accounts showing our marital status
