I was asked to bring my tax document by my agent.i went to my office but my boss said im not included in the list of staff paying tax.my salary is paid by cash in hand.i have pay slip, reference letter, appointment letter from this company but can't provide tax document.my question is , since i cant provide any tax document , will that disqualify me? and what is the tax document used for?

I dont really know how it works .my inlaw made all the arrangement.i dont even know my cRS score.i was just told to send my documents of which i did.
Ah, okay To avoid paying someone large sums of money for nothing I'd start by going here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
And letting it calculate your score, if you've not done your a IELTS test yet then that is step one before entering the pool.
That calculator will give you an idea on your CRS score. The lowest we've ever seen be given a visa is 413 with the last round of invitations going out at 441
I'd read through the top posts on this forum to see all you need. Will take an hour or so to see if you have a chance or not
