Taking Too Much time After Medical Passed

Hi guys. I have applied for a student permit on 13th oct. and Medical passed 7th nov. Its been a huge time since medical is passed. Still No update. The average processing time for my country in now 7 weeks. I was wondering why it is taking so much time for them to process after my medical... is this normal? My class will start on 3rd January. I am not sure if there is enough time now.. :-[ :-[ :-\ :-\

On their website it's written that after medical it might take 4 weeks for them to send further instructions on what to do. So I think you should wait if it has not been 4 weeks for you.
