If I was you, I'd just write a statement outline my proficiency in English and send that with the initial application. So by the time they accept your application and send you the 120 days letter, you'll have your results to hand to include in your application pack.

You may wish to read the instructions, you don't send any proof of language with your initial application to Sydney. You check the box either yes or no in question 6 if you have taken an approved language test.

So i should choose the 'NO' option if i don't have passed the IELTS Exam. Isn't it?
But in Question 5, I should select my proficiency in english, So do you mean that i guess my proficiency in english Language? So doesn't it a matter if i guess wrong and there is difference between my guess and the IELTS Exam Result?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If you don't have IELTS yet, guesstimate your points and write NO where they ask if you have taken it. Once you take it and they ask for your documents, you will include the IELTS and they will award you points according to it. As long as you still have 67 or more points total, it does not matter if you guessed your points wrong.

It is however advisable to take the IELTS before you apply if possible because I don't know how many times I've seen people come posting here all frantic that they'd guesstimated too many English points, couldn't get so many on IELTS and face losing their application because they are now under 67 and don't have time to take a new IELTS before their 120 days are up.
