I will be very thankfull for everyone who could help!

My husband my son and I have got our permanent residency visa two months ago but we never went to Canada yet. Last month, I gave birth to my second son in Tunisia (our home country).

We planned to immigrate and validate our PR in June. However my second son was not yet born when we got our visas. So how can we bring him to Canada with us for the landing? Is it possible to take him for a medical control, and add him as a second son to the application of entry express? Or it is no longer possible and another procedure is required?

Would really appreciate your replies.

As you haven't finished the landing process you can still update IRCC on changes on family composition.

Raise a CSE and expect to provide birth certificate, medicals, passport, proof of funds, etc.

Thanks a lot for your answer we raised a CSE to Canada since the 1st of February and another to our home country (Tunisia) on the 1st of March to which we attached the baby passport, his birth certificate and even payment receipt for file processing and we still waiting for any reply.

Weird if you still didn't get any feedback fro IRCC since the 1st of Feb!
Did you received the auto-generated email from IRCC when you raised a CSE?

Try to call IRCC using +1 613 944 4000
You can use Hangouts, it's free, try to call around 7.00 AM Toronto timing so you'll be in a queue for around 10 minutes.
IRCC agents are really nice and helpful, you can even speak in French language (since you're Tunisian ;-) ).
